3. Dashcam Footage & Data 

AutoVue dashcams are local-storage only and do not upload or transmit footage to cloud servers. 

All footage recorded by the dashcam remains stored on your device’s SD card and is accessible only by the device owner or those with physical access to the unit. AutoVue does not access, store, transmit or monitor recorded footage under any circumstances. 

4. Disclosure to Third Parties 

We may disclose your personal information to: 

– Your authorised AutoVue dealer for support purposes 
– Service providers assisting with operations (e.g. warranty processing) 
– Legal authorities if required by law
